Let's try this. Search for this line in the script....

putlog "sysinfo.tcl - Loaded."

And add these lines just before that line...

bind time - "00 * * * *" ::sysinfo::Timed

proc ::sysinfo::Timed {mn hr da mo yr} {
 global botnick
 foreach chan [channels] {
  if {[botonchan $chan]} {  PUB $botnick - - $chan ""  }
 }
}
