Hello, i'm need it from a scripit doing next:

When some user join from host *hex@*.html.chat host will be check in blacklist ( where i can set for example: rbl.efnetrbl.org, dnsbl.njabl.org, dnsbl.dronebl.org, ircbl.ahbl.org, tor.dan.me.uk, tor.dnsbl.sectoor.de, tor.ahbl.org)

example: * nick (5d9bfe25@del.html.chat) has joined #chan
hex 5d9bfe25 = 93.155.254.37
if ip is in blacklist user will be banned ( where the time for ban can be set )
the ban should be from type: *!*5d9bfe25@*.html.chat
kick reason ( depends from the blacklist ): Your IP is listed in EFnet's RBL. For assistance, see http://rbl.efnetrbl.org/?i=%ip%
