Bot is working fine as per defined flags but the only issue is am facing now is that it does not respond to pub commands until/unless anyone does partyline.

Example:

<fyre> !op
(no response from Bot)

after..
I did /ctcp Bot CHAT
I login to Bot and it start responding to pub commands, why is that so?

All other bot access people complains this thing..

I think you'll have to provide a few more details on this one..
  • What version of eggdrop and tcl are you using?
  • What scripts have you loaded for public commands?
  • Are you using any custom modules?

That script Does Not have an !op command.
