Which is the best configurable AI script? I would like to take a script and reprogram it to handle frequently asked questions about my business, like a live chat support bot. Can anyone recommend what would be the best for this?

I can remember vaguely many years ago there are were all kinds of AI scripts that could be configured like this with a little work and creativity.

What is the best out there now?
