I am looking for a script that will go through the list of games on http://espnfc.com/scores?cc=4716 , the teams will be added to the 'database' so a user can enable/disable the 'Live Commentary' section (play-by-play updates) to the chat room

An example of the live commentary section can be found here:

http://espnfc.com/en/commentary/361586/commentary.html?soccernet=true&cc=4716

So that if a user enables play-by-play commentary for either England or Brazil the bot will announce the play by play text line by line as they are updated in real time
