i know i posted much for today =) but have a look i have 15 years old join counter script by Turbo

is it possible to edit this script like :

welcome to the #channel, you are the ...th person joining to this channel and this is ...th time you are being here.

also answers the triggers as mentioned in tcl explanation ?

Are you using an ancient version of eggdrop?

A simple joins counter is quite easy to get this days, but getting the exact number a certain person joined involves writing this somewhere, but instead of handling stuff by myself in a flat file, I would honestly go with SQLite that will handle all this for me not to mention it's documentation is quite straight forward and full of examples.
