Looked at a few vote scripts, seems they are either very old or limited, in many ways. so adding a request.

Vote functions:

1) Being able to have multiple polls going concurrently (seperated with id)
2) Being able restrict people based on hostname (whitelist/blacklist)
3) Being able to announce in multiple channels
4) being able to create public and private polls. (ie not listing who answered what )
5) being able to list currently running polls
6) being able to vote on older polls with id.
7) being able to define time limit on polls.
8) being able to end own polls with id. (same as if it would time out)
9) having a quick poll which just has yes/no answers,
ie !quickvote do you like cheese?
10) being able to see completed polls with results.
11) being able to purge completed polls from list.

vote Configfile options:

* Being able to set which channels it should be active in (announce)
* Being able to set which names/hostnames/accounts are allowed to vote.
* Being able to set default time for a poll.
* Being able to set default if voters are public or hidden.
* being able to set default if poll creator is public or hidden.
* being able to define default quickpoll time
* being able to set who can purge completed polls from list.

Sounds like a fun project.

I'll edit the code into this answer, but you need sqlite3.
