Currently have 2 bots running. One is a main and one is a leaf. I set +revenge on the eggdrop. If a user kicks one of my bots, it bans them for 60 minutes. But, post ban, it doesnt allow that user to be re-oped. Is there a way to fix this?

Check this http://www.eggheads.org/support/egghtml/1.6.16/users.html and look at flag +d that bot can have that flag so it wont be allowed to be opped in the channel.
