Hi

I'm looking for a helper script, the idea is that you write topics in a .txt file and when you type to the bot in private ?? <topic> <nickname> it will send the topic's content to the nickname.


For example, the text file is:

HELLO
Creates a new user account in Q.
Parameters:
<email@address.com> - Your valid email address. The address should be written twice for validation.
OP
Gives you op you on one or more channels, or op other users on a given channel.
Parameters:
<#channel> - The channel to be opped at or to op at.
<nick> - The user or users to op.


When messaging the bot:

?? OP AlexMorgan

It will send the OP content to AlexMorgan

Or when typing

?? HELLO TonyBoy

It will send the HELLO content to TonyBoy

does not exactly fit your request, as it responds to the channel. It could probably be modified to send to a nick though.
