Userfile corrupt randomly after restart of server.

Greetings.

I tried searching for this but came up empty.

A few months ago, I updated my Fedora server from 14 to 20 or similar, step by step. After that, after a restart, some of my bots, randomly, spits out

[17:16] * Invalid userfile format.

I go look at it and, yes, its corrupted.

Just copying the backup gets it back up and running.

At first I just thought "Well, what do you expect from that big update on the server" and recompiled it but it did not help.

4 of the bots are 1.6.9
1 of the bots I updated to 1.8.0 but it does the same thing.

Is this a known problem?
