.rehash is already there in partyline, Why using this script for long command? .botnetrehash? I don't understand this? If we type this command on main channel then its understood.

The linked topic is a request to make all bots that are connected to a hub bot (master) to rehash or restart at the same time. The person that requested this doesn't want to connect on all of them to repeat the same procedure thus saving some time.

The two commands are done in party line with one of the bots.
