would like to be able to make timed channel announcements but didn't see anything suitable in tcl scripts any help would be appreciated.

Need more info.
Are you wanting to learn some very basic beginner level TCL?
This would be a good one to start learning with.
Or
Are you asking for it to be written for you?
If so, give description of what you have in mind.
How often?
Will bot read from a text file? (meaning: its a fair amount of text to post)
or will you just put a one-liner of text in a config section of the script?
This is for one single channel, right?
or did you want it on many channels, at the same time?
Whatever else you have pictured in your mind - say so here.

Thank you for responding, after refining my search in the tcl scripts page i found what i needed, to old and dumb to write tcl scripts here, and than you for the offer of writting one for me.
this is why i love this forum
