I get this error in connection:

[05:40:34] Failed connect to irc.dal.net (DNS lookup failed)
[05:40:34] Failed connect to bifrost.ca.us.dal.net (DNS lookup failed)

but I have activated in .conf this:::
loadmodule irc
loadmodule server
loadmodule channels
loadmodule dns
set dns-servers "8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4"
checkmodule blowfish
loadmodule uptime
loadmodule notes
loadmodule share
loadmodule transfer
loadmodule ctcp
loadmodule console
loadmodule compress

someone to help me give a definitive solution please

From the shell where is your eggdrop, can you ping the DNS you entered ? Did you try with commenting the set dns "8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4" line, which is the default setting (use the ISP dns and not google' ones)
