Hello, Has anyone written a code that can detect the user's IP and also add spam code if there is a sign and prevent that IP from following access?

What are the criterias for the spam score ? Coming from a provider (as stopforumspam ?)
And is your eggdrop ircop or able to see the real IP of the user ?
