I have an Eggdrop 1.3.8 that has been unused for quite a while, but as it seemed needed again, I tried to get it connected, but couldn't. It did work fine before. Now I got this error message while it tries to connect to the server:
main: entering loop
Trying server
net: eof!(write) socket 4 (Transport endpoint is not connected,134)
Disconnected from server
Any ideas what could be the cause? |

| This may be a longshot, but recompile it. Something on the box was probably changed and recompiling it may fix it. |

This sound a lot like what hgas allready been said.
Allthough, next time, I would recomend upgrading before asking such questions. Mainly for the purpose of ruling out a klnown bug. _________________ PlusNet Supported Customer - Low cost UK ISP services |
