Notepod Installation PLEASE TRY & HELP ME!

I have been trying to configure notepod 3.03 for about a week now. I'm not sure which of the two files, notepod.config.tcl or notepod.tcl, goes where and which gets added to the source scripts/ line in the eggdrop config. There are no instructions that I can find and I have tried all combinations without it working. If someone could assist me in setting up notepod I would be very thankful. Notepod can be found on this site here: http://www.egghelp.org/tclarchive/notepod303.zip If you could download the file and take a look or be of any assistance please reply or message me.
