ok i am working with a owner of one of the lagest torrent sites.. to make a torrent net suchas

a use can dcc send a torrent to a bot and it will save it to a dir..

then when the bots xdcc add goes off it will display all the contents of the folder... and make them avalible to dcc send..

if somone here can help me with this delema i would be much greatfull..
