Hi all

I would like to enable the command /msg <botnick> invite <pw> <#chan> for all users, not just for +o and +h. Is this possible somehow?
I've already rebinded the msg invite command for -|- flags, but this doesn't work because the bot still checks if user has +o or +h. Would be very nice, if anyone could help! thanks alot!
