Bug in channels module ?

i just installed 1.6.16
if i add more than one static channel on the eggdrop.conf
bind part / kick event wont work on any channel.
With only one static channel they work perfect.

Even in partyline if i have 2 static channel and make a
.op nick #channel the bot tells me he is not in that channel.
But he sure is.

Anyone knows anything about that problem ?
