Hi,

i use "International Weather Script v0.739" (from Ycarus) but the script don't work anymore since few days. Bot only response with "Sorry we don't have the weather of the city you ask for." on every request.

Anyone has the same problem or is there a fix for that so it works again?

for me it works with every city except Paris, Berlin and London...
It says:

"Weather ITLE>307 Temporary Redirect: , Wind :
Humidity: Barometer: . "

so I guess it need a new update! (the last one was in January I guess).
Still the rest works just fine... Smile

Great script! Very Happy

i have the same problem with the weather script that uses wunderground.com, it refuses to fetch weather for australia, despite the fact that they are listed on the website. im thinking the author needs to update the script Smile

I'm sure the author doesn't have to update it at all. Maybe you can update it for him?

[sarcasm]And you think that by getting everyone to hammer his mailbox that, that will make him update his script for you. Nice plan. [/sarcasm]

You'd be better off using a weather script that works.
Script authors do NOT have an obligation to release script updates.
Use a different script (there are several weather scripts out these days).

There are working USA weather scripts.
As for international scripts, all give some kind of error... with wunderground paris, london and sydney for example do not work, while other cities do.
Even with latest weather.tcl or meteo.tcl or meteo.tcl modified.

Sad

If anyone has a version that works for all feel free to show it. Smile

weather3.5.2 shows correct output for all international cities listed on wunderground.com that I've tried (including Sydney, as shown in my previous post)

can't help it if the city is not listed on the website though

I wrote the post right after I tired: no Sydney, Paris or London.
Please confirm me if those show, because for me nothing appears.
