|
|
Hello,
After reading netbots's FAQ, searching the forum, on the web, and after asking some friends if they'd have an idea for helping me on the problem described below, i decided to ask you, maybe you may find some thing i missed:
I'm running Eggdrop SSL 1.6.15 with TCL 8 on a unix computer with netbots tcl script.
My problem: bots don't want to op themselves each others and if i op some one, it deop him but not all the time.... I tried all is mentionned in the FAQ's script, but without success. However, they invite themselves though.
best regards |

Not loading the botnetop component is the most likely reason why the bots aren't opping one another--netbots.tcl won't make bots op one another by default.
Why they're deopping users you op is a separate issue, probably unrelated to netbots unless you have the superbitch component loaded. |

ok all works fine since i deleted egg1.6.15 and installled 1.6.17. But now, bots wait for long time before oping one of them an idea ?

You could try looking carefully (once again) at the settings in netset.tcl:
| Code: | # botnetop.tcl settings
set nb_component(botnetop) 0
set bop_delay 20
set bop_maxreq 3
set bop_modeop 0
set bop_linkop 1
set bop_icheck 0
set bop_hcheck 1
set bop_osync 0
set bop_addhost 0
set bop_log 2 |
