your bots obviously don't recognize each other, so you have made a mistake somewhere, most likely with the hostmask. Follow the directions laid out here exactly to link your bots

Usually, the word you choose to be your shell account name will end up being the ident of your bot. For example, if you chose 'smiley' as your shell account, the bot would show up on the IRC and look something like this:

HappyBot (smiley@brush.your.teeth.net)

usually we see this error refering to libtcl, but no matter. Eggdrop is looking for these modules and not finding them, so either the path is incorrectly defined in the conf file, or perhaps you forgot to run make install after you ran make . isn't the ident tied to the username of the shell account? unless, of course, someone were to have something like oident in their shell?
